1. Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, rights in the artworks and related content belong to Giovanni Piovan, professionally known as Lumier. The website, original texts, photographs, reproductions of artworks, videos, catalogues, artistic signature, logo, graphic elements and their selection and arrangement are protected under applicable law, including Italian Law No. 633 of 22 April 1941, as amended.
Third-party materials remain the property of their respective rightsholders and are used subject to applicable permissions or legal provisions.
2. Unauthorised uses
Without prior written permission, content may not be copied, downloaded for reuse, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, licensed, communicated to the public, modified, adapted, cropped, stripped of signatures or source information, used to create derivative works or exploited commercially.
Content may not be presented as another person’s work, associated with third-party products, services, campaigns or websites, or used in a manner that compromises the integrity, meaning or reputation of the work or artist.
3. Viewing and sharing
Normal viewing and sharing a link to the original page are permitted. Quotations and other uses allowed by law remain available within their applicable limits, with clear attribution to the author and source and without alteration. Attribution alone does not authorise an otherwise restricted use.

All rights relating to automated extraction, reproduction and analysis of content, including text and data mining, are expressly reserved to the extent permitted by Article 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790 and its Italian implementation. Unless a legal basis applies or prior written permission is obtained, content may not be collected to create datasets, train or refine artificial-intelligence systems, or generate imitations, reconstructions or derivative content.
