2. Necessary technology

3. Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after explicit consent. It produces statistics about how the website is used. The website uses measurement ID G-RD9RK9Z638, disables Google signals and does not use Analytics for personalised advertising.

4. Consent and withdrawal
On the first visit, users may choose “Accept all” or “Necessary only”. Necessary only rejects Google Analytics. Rejecting them does not restrict the website. Use the following control to review the choice at any time; the banner will appear again.
5. Browser controls
Cookies may also be removed or blocked through browser settings. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect access to the website; clearing local storage will display the consent request again.

Server-side aggregate statistics
The server produces aggregate statistics for this website only: page requests by day, page, country and broad source, and an estimate of distinct browsers. To avoid counting the same browser repeatedly, it uses the first-party lumier_audience cookie with a random value and a 90-day lifetime, HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite=Lax. This audience-measurement tool is treated as a technical cookie because it is limited to the Controller’s aggregate statistics for its own website. It operates with “Necessary only” and is separate from Google Analytics. The cookie value is immediately converted into a contribution to an aggregate estimate: it is not stored in the database, shared with Google, used for profiling or linked to visited pages. No fingerprinting is used and no IP addresses, full referrers, user agents or exact timestamps are retained. Daily counts are retained on the server for 730 days and copied to the Controller’s private archive for website history; aggregate contributions used to deduplicate browsers across the selected period are retained for 90 days. Distinct browsers are not necessarily people: different devices, cleared or blocked cookies may increase the estimate, while shared browsers may decrease it. This cookie can be deleted or blocked in browser settings without restricting navigation. Hosting providers’ security logs are separate.
